Eva Fonda on ABS-CBN: do you watch it?

Hiya all! This is for Filipinos only. I don't really watch Eva Fonda, the recent addition to the soap operas being shown in primetime TV via ABS-CBN. It stars sexy actress Christine Reyes. Despite not watching it, I kinda know the plot from the plugs that I see in between the news programs. Anyway, I got wind of the horrific details that have befallen her life. And it seems there is one misfortune after the other and that she has never really experienced happiness. Additionally, there is a woman who is out to get her because this other woman is obssessed with Eva's boyfriend Joel. Then there is the role that Baron Geisler reprises--a maniacal who has raped Eva and would stop at nothing to just own her. He continues to pursue her even to the end of the earth. Now my question is, do these things really happen in real life? Or they are just plain too much? I know of misfortunes of some people, but like getting pursued by the character played by Baron--are these things for real? I am not sure, because many men that I know just go their way after being turned down. Do jilted lovers really behave that way? Anyway, because these kinds of shows rate, so I guess, people like the plot of the stories. How about you? Pls share your insights. Take care all and God bless you! Happy mylotting! :D
