Many PTCs run by same admin?

I heard this crazy rumour from my friends who are wild PTC site users. One admin has many PTC sites that he uses to scam members one by one. They are mainly a network of ponzies that pays one member with another PTC's (of teh same admin) investments/money. In the long run, they turn scam one by one and the admin runs away with all the money.
