Is Valentines a Good Date for Marriage Proposal?

I think if I will proposed for marriage to the one I love, the great time that I could get a positive response will this coming Valentines. What do you think?

if you are sure you want to be with that person for the rest of your life, it is probably the best day for a proposal!
