Work or sleep??

I am really very tired right now but i have got a lot of work left to do ...and i don't think i can finish but I'll be working till my body gives up on me... But what would you do if you were me???what do you do in such a situation??do you give up on sleep or work???Can you suggest some excuses i can give to my lecturers???

If you are tired it is always better to take a small nap and then again start doing work if it is very urgent other wise sleep nicely and do the work next day only sleep can rejuvenate when your body is tired and need rest

My suggestion is, If your work is not really that important, then you can go to sleep. If it is important then just take a 1 hour nap and then start working it so that you have something to present the next day.

Two things my friend...I have found that you do not get your second wind till you use up your first...but this applies more to physical activity. Secondly, if you can afford the time go and lie down after setting your alarm for 20 minutes. Close your eyes, repeat a mantra like "I will sleep and wake refreshed" and relax every part of you gently. If you are really tired you will sleep and you will wake feeling refreshed. It's what is known as a power nap and they work wonders.
