help!

i used to work night shift for the past 5 years. it changed my sleeping habit so much. now, i wanted to sleep when most people are. i'd like to wake up early and change my body-clock. would you know a good remedy? a pill maybe... safe enough for me to have a good night sleep..

I think you should just gradually change your sleep pattern so you get more used to sleeping during the night and being awake during the day. It is something that you will get used to doing gradually. I think that you will need to not make any radical changes at this point in time. It will take awhile to get adjusted.

I would just recommend making yourself wake up and go to sleep at a certain time then you should be on a routine as time go on. Like you said you have been working night for the pass five years so your body is use to that schedule just put into practice a different routine and then that would be your routine.
