Do you get paranoid when no one call or text you?

For me, it's a bit frustrating. I don't know it just feels like it to me. When no one call or text me, I feel like I'm in a deserted island with no means of communication, lol. Maybe, because I'm just used to getting text messages every time and it's a bit odd when I haven't received one.
Does this happen to you? You wonder why people don't text or call you and you get frustrated and paranoid? How do you deal with it?

I used to get this way as I have always been a communicator but these days I sometimes think I have pulled back a bit so i don'r expect others to do keep the commnunicating up as much...I guess it is just a matter of accepting change...
I love your little avatar, it looks like my little cat so I had a go at making it a bit smaller for you to see if it will move in the main area in case you would like to have it move there...

Yeah, I guess we just have to think that it's not people's responsibility to call/text us every minute. The cat looks cute, right? That's why I made it as my avatar. So adorable.
