Many thoughtful, loving parents are concerned about the psychological impact a particular name may have on their babies future.Clearly our name is important to us. So all you parents out there how did you choose the name of your baby?Did it took you very long to decide what name to give to your little ones?

With both of my kids I wrote down the names I liked from a baby names book that I had. From there my husband crossed out the names he didn't like. Finally I wrote out some of the names with our last name as well as said it out loud to get the feel of the name. Then we would narrow it down from there, until we got a name we could agree on. With our youngest son we had such a hard time coming up with a name that we liked. We finally found one that both my husband and I agreed on, although we didn't like it all that well. A couple of weeks before I gave birth my in-laws spoke up how they didn't like the name we had chosen and that they had one picked out. My husband and I agreed that this name had a nice ring to it and we decided to name our baby this. And just in the nick of time!

Thats good for you. You and your partner took time on selecting the name of your child. As a parent I guess you feel that your child will be a totally unique person and with that in mind you'd like to consider a distinctive name , slightly unusual name.

Well one of my relative recently had a baby boy and to name their son for them was rather easy considering the fact that people spend half-an-hour thinking a user name for themselves. Anyways their son is named from one of the epic stories of our country although it is quite common name. It is true though that it is particularly important to think of a name that neither you nor the child should begin to hate in the future as I have seen many of my class mates who do not like their name. Anyways a name is also quite important as it is vulnerable to be made fun off and also it is the route through which a few nick names are called on us. Moreover, it should not be the case that for a good name, the name should be really offbeat or so.

yes I agree having a unique names for baby makes her or him totally unique as an individual. Parents do should take time on naming their little ones since they it will give their child a distinction to themselves. It will define who they ae and live with it for the rest of their lives.
