How often do you work from home on projects at you job?

I used to bring work home all the time. It was like I slept, ate and breathed my job on a daily basis. It was truly sickening. I was literally killing myself. I didn't get a chance to do the things I wanted to do at all. I would often not eat properly as a result, and I would mask everything with a large cup of coffee and breakfast bars, etc... Anyone else has had that same experience, by bringing home too much work, and literally working so much on your job's projects, that you can't really start any of your own projects?

I am home all the time now, I don't work anymore, not since 2005, but I never had the type of job to bring work home, my boyfriend does though, he brings it home all the time. He is an accountant.

I know what you are talking about. I also did the same earlier , but then finally all that extra work took its tool. Now a days i make sure that i do not get involved in any such activities which would result in the same manner. Take care.
