Can You Be Fat and Healthy?

If you eat a lot of nutritious foods and you work out, it may not matter if you can't fit into your jeans. It's not the number on the scale or the size of your khakis that will kill you, after all it's the elevated blood pressure and the cholesterol and other nasty problems that come with moving to the relaxed-fit rack. I you eat well and work out regularly and walk, what does it matter if you can't wriggle into slim cut jeans? the idea that being a string bean is the best thing to be is to simplistic. I think it's possible to be large and fit. to be sure, no one is ever likely to deny the fact that staying lean and active is one of the best routes to a long life. many studies point out that excess weight is associated not only with a lot of frequency cited dangers diabetes, stroke, heart disease, sleep apnea and joint problems among them but also with many less frequent cited ones, such as cancer. better to accept the idea that weight control is multifront battle, with exercise, diet, understanding physicians and patients willing to try new things all part of the campaign, this fight is won by persistence.

Although there some people is still healthy even if their gain weight. But we need to consider to lose weight so we don't experience health problems when we got older. I want to lose weight because of my hormonal imbalance. Sometimes its hard if you don't have a motivation to lose weight. It needs discipline to make it happened. I lose some weight but I gain weight again after Christmas. I really determined to lose the weight I gained during the holiday.

Yep you can be "fat" and still be healthy. I don't think it's called fat anymore but rather big-bodied or big boned maybe. I've seen people who are of bigger size but they look fit and healthy. You can see who's fit despite the size. Also the important thing is to feel healthy and knowing that you're keeping yourself in good health. Being fit does not mean fitting into really small clothes, it's feeling good in what you wear. So the main thing is to be more active, eat well and keep your blood in good circulation to prevent water retention.
