The much awaited IPL's auction of cricket players for the second season was conducted today..Peterson and flintoff broke the Dhoni's record and became highest paid IPL players.. what do you think was the best and worst deal in today's IPL auction?

The best deal has to be mumbai bagging duminy for a steal. The worst deal is obviously The purchase of murtaza. If knight riders think that mutaza is a good replacement for shoaib & umar gul, they are terribly mistaken. Somehow shahruk seems to be stuck with players from pakisthan & bangladesh.

The best deal would be Duminy and Flintoff. As far as the worst deal,I think leaving out Shakib Al Hasan and Ramnaresh Sarwan. Also,it was a bit of a huge surprise that 15 out of the 17 Australian players couldn't make into the IPL,especially national players like Stuart Clark and Brad Haddin. The worst deal would be known at the end of IPL,as you can't predict IPL....Did any of you honestly expect Rajasthan Royals to be the winners, given the fact that they were the lowest paid team?

Todays best deal was Pieterson and Flintoff. These two players were bought for 7.35 crores. Its excellent! They broke the record of Dhoni who was sold for 6 crores in the first IPL auction. I think the worst deals were the Australian players. No one is ready to buy them as they are losing most of the matches continuously.

The best deal seems to be Mortaza. He is an excellent bowler- the only reason that he does not find a mention among good bowlers is that he is from a lowly team i.e Bangladesh. The 3 odd crore price tag is quite fair. The worst deal seems to be Duminy- not worth 5 crores.

Pietersen is the best deal. Hendersen is the worst deal.
