Separation anxiety

only when my son was a baby then he grew out of it.

My children would cry when they were little but I solved that the same way I train my dogs. We would play a game where I would leave the room, tell them to stay there, say I would be back and when I could hear they began to worry I would come back in and say "I'm back!" and then pick them up and hug them. That way, they always knew I would return and never leave them for very long. We had very few incidents and I would always remind them that would never, ever leave them for very long. It works great with dogs and kids both!
