I don't walk as much as I should. I like to go and walk with a friend or my dog. But my dog is getting old and can't walk as well as she used to. I got a Wii Fit so I could do more at home, especially during the summer when it's really hot, but my kids use it more than I do.

Yes I do. My way of exercise is by cycling around my neighborhood and town. It is pretty interesting because while doing an exercise, I can enjoy the surrounding environment. Other than that, I perform some relaxation on my muscle when I am tired of sitting.

For the past year, I routinely walk a very long street to my office back and forth and that used to be my daily exercise but now that I'm working home-based now, I don't get to do a lot of exercise lately and I'm a bit worried. I'm planning to exercise every weekend, hope it works.

Hello, I usually exercise 3 to 4 times a week for about 30 to 45 minutes each day I exercise. I do house work all day long so I rarely am stationary for more than an hour.when I am at the computer I don't just sit but I get up usually every 15 minutes to rest my eyes and walk.

Thats great for computer lovers it is essential that you follow 20:20:20 regime ie after every 20 mins u walk 20 steps and blink eyes 20 times,,,

Well I only go for a few walk and before that do some stretching before I start my day. then back to work. With my busy schedule i rarely have a proper exercise anymore.

even little bit of exercise is good and no one has to join gym if they dont want to build muscles.. u can do the exercise without going to gym and walking running and swimming are best exercising things and if u have a cycle then u dont need anything apart from walking swimming and cycling.

Yes, 35 minutes a day, Mon-Fri. I gained alot of weight when I hit about 40. My BF was diagnosed with diabetes, and was told to lose weight. So, to help myself, and encourage him at the same time, I started my own exercise routine.
