I am looking for some stress relievers to do. I either relieve stress by exercising or starting a project. Does anyone know some fun and creative projects I can undertake. They could be under any category--arts and crafts, paper, beading, quilting, it does not have to be arts and crafts. It could be something else. Does anyone know of anything? what do you guys like to do?

I find I go into my facebook account and I can spend a lot time in my Yoville application...Yoville is very similar to The Sims games but you can actually interact with others also in there, you have your own little character you can create, then you can earn play money in various ways to either dress your character or furnish the apartment you are given.. i was never one for the Sims games but this is a little different, you are actually making friends along the way and i have got some great ideas on decorating by visiting the other apartments whic one can do as part of the game... Sometimes I think i like it a little too much...

Well, It sounds really cool and fun. Being interactive with other people, and making friends, does seem nice. I myself am not a big Sims game fan, but since you arent either, I am kind of interested.

well I am a compulsive spender and in these times I just can't afford to be so surprisingly enough spending with the play money in this it sort of feeds my addiction, plus i just love how i have decorated my little apartment i wish i could really live in it....and as my little character of myself is on my front page of my Facebook account I dress her to what the weather of the day is so my friends all over the world knows what the weather is like in Melbourne...the things we do...

i suggest you try blogging since it could really be very relieving since you get to release whatever it is playing in your mind. i do this most of the time and especially when i feel reall really depressed. it really helps a lot and it also helps in me making a difference for people who read my blogs.
