Why I can not control my feeling?

Why I can not control my feeling? As a matter of fact, I love him so much, I really do not wanna to hurt him! For my bilious temper, I always use some irritating words to describt him, after that, I feel regret!
Maybe his capability is weaker than mine, his doings and words are not in accordance with my standard!
Oh, no no no....
It is just the excuse, it is my fault, my temper, If I can control my feeling, He will not be hurted.
Why I can not do it for him?

Hello bluerainhong! I think if you love someone you will accept everything about him even the bad side. The only problem is that you know he loves you so much that's why you can say some hurtful words to him. I even did that to my husband and like you, I regretted it at the end and say sorry to him. All I can say is that we better control our feelings because if we won't we might wake up one day and lost one of the most important persons in our life.

you're right..in order our relationship to work we should adjust with each other..I know we can't help some arguments but let's lessen it..that's the best thing to do..

hi, aisaellis, how are you doing! You are very right that if we love someone, we must accept all about him. Well, I don't wanna to lose him at all, so the only way to change it is that, to change me myself. heheh....Happy every day.

ever hear the saying , you always hurt the one you love ? well one day youll say something to really hurt him / her / and out the door theyll go . find a way to control your anger , anger management programs , think before you speak etc...maybe this isnt the one for you if you can only find faults or blame .

Maybe still there is some unfinished work that you have ,say something like your assingments etc(figure it out ),or maybe you are expecting too much from him.Just do this ,go out for a good ,unforgettable Date ,, and just make it truly unforgettable.
You can also sort out by asking him itself,whether what you say him ,does it irritate him (it can be just your imaginaton also),if so ask him what you can do to be nice to him.
One of these surely will be a cure to your present problem.,so do try it out
