If you have your Paypal account tied into your Bank account, then you can use Paypal on there without ever worrying about giving your CC number or Bank account number to anyone else. I now only buy from people online who accept Paypal, as that is the quickest way and smoothest to do any transaction and saves you in case someone does not follow thru with their original agreement.

Yes, not only is it possible but many established Ebay dealers prefer Paypal. Ebay and Paypal are part of the same company, and have been for a while now. As a result Paypal even offer buyer's protection if you use Paypal when purchasing from Ebay.
