I always feel that 24 hours in a day is far too short, particularly in a busy day. When I was at young age, there was time when I felt bored and days were too long. But as I grow up, I find it hard to spare enough time for fun, self-teaching, entertainment and do what I am keen on. For example, in a typical working day. I set off at 8.00, arrive at office at 9.00 and knock off at 17 or 19.00, then one more hour on the road. When finally get home, I have to finish my dinner in front of the computer screen to watching TV series while eating in order to use time more efficiently. At around 24.00 o'clock, I have no choice but to go to sleep for I must rise early (at 7.30) to work.
See? there's only less than 5 hours for me do study English, watch English movies, typing some materials for work, searching items online. In a word, I feel life is quite urgent.
Do you feel the same ?

Hi Tudors! it feels the same for us too. This is like the theory of relativity. If you are made to sit in front of a beautiful and intelligent woman I hour would feel 5 minutes and if you are to sit on a oven for two minutes it would feel as if 2 hours have passed.
Yes in our busy and hectic life the slotted 24 hours feel too less as we have many a task to accomplish but how can we change the phenomenal time? As we are helpless we have to make compromise with what is given to you. Or else if we start fretting over this it would send us depressed rather.
Nice topic.
