The most handsome and the fastest? My friend says Australian horse and my brother says Arabian horse. Do you know about it?

My vote would go to the Friesian breed. Resembling a light draft horse, they are also graceful, nimble and were sought after as war horses, during the Middle Ages for their brave dispositions.
Beautiful horses, too.
