What is the minimum payout at mturk? And how to request payment there?

I wanted to know that what is the minimum payout at mturk- Amazon Mechanical Turk?
And how can I request my payout there. What all is needed to ask for the payout, like i read somewhere that they need a copy of PAN card or something.
Please, can anybody detail me on this, and any other information regarding payout at mturk?

No payout limit in that site but they will charge $4 per payment. usually they paying via direct check only. when you requesting payout first time you must upload the identification like PAN, EPIC (elector id) or passport.
payment cheque will send in your country currency. if you are out of USA, cheque will reach after six weeks. be concentrate that your application address and identity address must match. if both are different they will reject your payout!
that is really good site! my last month income was $205. if we have some english and computer knowledge we can raise our earning upto $500 to $1000.
