I mostly eat fruits, and seldom make juice. Is it better to drink pure juice, or to add some water to the juice? Any advice?

I do both, I eat and drink. But for your question about putting water to the juice. I think it depend on your preference. If you don't like a strong flavor on your juice then you can add up water. Just my opinion. Good day!

I think the fruit is better.Because the fruit contains the nutritional composition .The fruit juice is been destroird when it been made. And they put some durability preservatives. So,fruit is the best.

adding some water to fruit juice? it sucks!! i prefer eating fruit, than drinking fruit juices, because fruit contains more vitamins. anyway, i like fruit juice too, but i drink them seldom, because i think that in the most of the cases it's used rotten fruit.

I don't like to eat fruits, but I like fruit juices, especially carrot and mango. I usually add fresh milk and some water to the juices.

fruits - I like eating fruits.
Most of the time I will eat fruits instead of drinking the fruit juice. Of course I love drinking juice. The question is it's troublesome to make it at home. And I am a lazybone. So eating the whole fruits will be easier for me. I love China

I eat fruits and drink fruit juices both of them are really important to good health and vitality. Fruit juice is really high in carbohydrates and that is the problem with drinking too many of them. I like them all however.

Hi, zhuhuifen. I like to drink fresh fruit juice. But i have read from somewhere that it's better for us to eat the fruits than making them into juice. After knowing this, i tend to eat the fruits more than the juice.

Fruit certainly does contain a sugar; it's called 'fructose.' Fruit is something that's a very important part of anyone's nutritional plan, especially people with diabetes. It doesn't mean that you want to eat unending amounts of fruit; it means you need to count those carbohydrates, or consider those carbohydrates, in your meal plan. But they are a great way to spend those carbohydrates that are a part of your individualized nutrition plan. They have a lot of vitamins and minerals in them, and so even though they do contain a form of sugar, they are certainly -- have a lot of nutritional benefit to them and would be an important part of a healthy diet. Fruit juice is a possibility, but one that we would not recommend, certainly, as highly as you would recommend having fruit to eat. The better choice is certainly to eat the whole piece of fruit. You get the fiber, you get a lot more bang for your buck when you eat the whole piece of fruit than when you drink the juice. It's important to remember too that it takes several pieces of fruit to make that glass of fruit juice, so you are going to be getting a pretty big punch of carbohydrate when you drink a big glass of juice. so it's important to pay attention to how much carbohydrate is in that glass of juice, how big the glass is. And when you can, pick that whole piece of fruit -- it's just a better value, better choice than drinking a lot of fruit juice.

I like fruit juice if somebody is going to make it. I like fruits if I am going to make the juice. When it comes to juice, I like to drink its pure juice only without adding water or adding little water.

I think it's better just to eat the fruit straight. That's what I do.
