A question for you. Is a Macaroon classed as a cake or a biscuit. does anyone know ?

I think macaroon is a kind of cookie which composed by protein and almond.

Hey there! I just love macaroons! I have always considered them to be a type of cookie. This seems to be where they are located in cookbooks as well. It' definitely not a cake...
