Bad customer service everywhere Does anyone care anymore?

Seems in the past five years or so or at least since I moved to this new state all customer service is really bad. I mean major mistakes are made on things like my money,my health care and of course the food is never right. I mean I could be dealing with four different businesses and they all will goof up something in the same day. I find I have to call and call just to make sure there doing whats right. For an instance billing at a hospital. I had insurance they said I didn't have insurance. They sent me a bill then I called again and gave them my insurance info. Then two weeks later I get a final notice to pay my bill. So then I call again and they never entered my insurance info. So this agent says he will. I am sure I will be getting another bill soon. Seems like every place I deal with it takes month to resolve simple things. How about you any bad experiences?

i think it's everywhere. people are so imcompotent at their jobs. they juut don't care as long as they get that payheck. i told a friend of mine just the other day u had to get mad & show your a$$ to get people to do their job. i had just tied up w/the phone co. for 4 months in a row about a mistake on my bill.

I think you are right on technology causing more problems. Computers crash,people don't know how to operate them and we depend on them to much.

hmmm...so, you had a very bad time....that's sad...
yes, such things happen to me too....and when they do,...i get so irritated......and most of the times its like all the wrong things go on happening one after the other,,,,until i totally get fed up....
when i sit back and think about these situations later, feels so funny....:-)
