I just married a year ago. Before marriage, we were just friends:D. I used to call her "dik", an Indonesian phrase for sister. After marriage, I call her dik, darling, honey, ayang. Ayang means the beloved one. It is Indonesian phrase too and it is very romantic to address a man / woman with that:D.
Happy mylotting.

I call him baby and he calls me honey or gorgeous, we have been doing that for 10 years since we first met.

I call him honey usually unless I'm upset with him, lol and then I call his name.

we call each other honey, but i think the best way to call your partner is by their names, i think it's the sweetest way to call them especially when you are in sweetest moment not when you are angry with each other.

Well, I always call my husband Rod which is his nickname for his real name, and then I also will call him hun or Babe. I think there is nothing wrong with calling him these, just might not always be the right time in public to do this as well.
