Discussion you start everyday on mylot

How many discussions you start everyday or in a week?
I start atleast 1 or 2 discussions everyday.
Do you like answering to discussions or starting your own discussion?

I start discussions very irregularly so I suppose I much prefer answering other's discussions. When I do start a discussion, I try hard to make it unique...I don't like to start discussions on topics that have been talked about before in depth. That's probably the main reason I don't start more.

Hi echomonster, I agree with you. I am very new here and i have started a few discussions but I have noticed a lot of complaints from mylotters who have been here a long time who complain that newbies are starting discussions that have already been discussed many times. I really don't want to do that, so for now I think I will content myself with reading discussions and responding to them. If I do begin a discussion in the future I will make sure it is a unique topic or a topic that I have a burning disire to discuss.

Hi user,
I am starting one or two discussions in a week.
To start a new discussion,everyday,I don't get any fresh ideas.
I don't like to start a discussion that is recently discussed.
I would do a search before I start a new discussion.
If that topic is recently discussed,I will not start a new discussion .I will respond to that discussion.
That way I have more responses.So my discussions are comparatively less.

I tried to post ten a day when I first started, but then I started running out of time. I'd like to get back into that practice because I loved the different conversations that would go on within the discussions.
