how do I loose the weight that I gained during pregnancy?

I have given birth a year ago and until now I have not reduce the weight that i have gained during my pregnancy. I have tried diet pills, crash diet but to no avail... can someone who please advise me.

Hi mamapapababy!First of all reduce your fat intake and have lots of veggies.The trick I tried after delivery was to have apple cidar vinegar and it worked.Just two teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar in 16 ounces of water.This can be had before every meal.While drinking this concoction it will be beneficial to drink more water throughout the day.Besides weight loss added benefits of apple cidar vinegar includes protection against arthrits, heart diseases and giving a glowing complexion.

Hi, i was overweight way back 2006, i tried hitting the gym and less food but it didnt work. But i got a good and effective way and it made me lose weight easily.i dont eat in fastfood now, i only eat vegetables and fish and chicken, (no skin). i am not eating pork now and my body is ok to it. I love including fruits to my diet too. I usually eat fruits first thing in the morning and 2 glass of water. I drink lemon juice (fresh squezze from the fruit) thrice a week, that was for detoxification. I am back on shape now, and im so happy with the sacrifices i made. It really made me think of healthy lifestyle. Happy mylotting!!!
