What is the best PTC site?

I have been trying a lot of different sites lately, and have found very few that are worth using. They all have low PTC rates and I have no where to do referrals. So whats a good site where I can get a decent rate? Also, I HATE filling out the forms and all so I would rather just have to do the clicking or interacting with other people like on here. Thank you!
