last week i have a bad dry cough. i don't have any phlegm. but every time i feel some itchiness on my throat i will cough out. so i think that the itchiness is causing me to cough a laugh. i did take some medicine or some syrup for dry cough. it helped a lot but it didn't take effect until some few days. but it did quite help as soon as i have taken it. and now i have finally free from itchiness and do though still some cough but once a day only i think that i will cough but not that often any more. and my throat does not feel any more small pain when i swallow. but still it was just some minor that didn't in any way affect my eating or drinking of food. have you had any terrible cough with some problem with painful sore throat. some even had cramps or physical pain that goes with the cough. how about you. did you had this kind of problem lately. share with me some of the experiences you had with throat problems and how you dealt with it.

i guess it is the food that i was eating that causing me to have coughs often. and yes i have been having coughs many times now. but nothing too serious really. i have a sweet tooth. that explains it i guess why i often have coughs and sore throat.
