I think it would be a odd for some people but a great Law for these insane criminal's to face these capital punishment's and other's having idea for such extremely offensive crime's will stay away themselves and they will have fear for even think about to do this ... and for example i have given the FBI statistic chart to show that even in United States which is considered to be highly critical with human rights issue's even have huge impact of such crime rate on its people.! http://www.fbi.gov/ucr/cius2006/data/table_01.html Human life,human dignity should remain and we must go back to our religious value's until we lost in the dark..morality is the distinction between human's and other living things!
