Suggest a good downline builder site.

I recently joined freemoneyteam which claims to be a site that helps you to build your dowlines.
I have followed every step of theirs for last one week & still have not got any referrals through this. Has this site ever helped anyone? What am i doing wrong?
I am also thinking of joining downlinedoubler site. Do these sites work. Can anyone suggest me sites that have worked for them.

In order to gain referrals for the programs you must promote your referral link (not here obviously) Do you have a blog or a site? You can promote them there.
I also use Adboardz and have had many signups from promoting a page there where you have several links instead of one. It is free to join too.
