You have raised a very interesting point, mate.
I came across a documentary called "NASA Controversy", which carried a few "evidences" as to why the makers believed that the moon mission was a huge cover up for a failed NASA mission.
However, I've also heard that NASA released a documentary replying to each and every point, but I am yet to see it.
However, I would like to believe that man did conquer the moon all those years ago
:)

Indeed, this is a very interesting discussion. I was fascinated with the landing of the moon of the American astronauts in July 1969, well I clearly remember the date because this event coincided the winning of the first Miss Universe titlist of the Philippines. As Neil Armstrong and company was reported to reach the surface of the moon, Miss Gloria Diaz of the Philippines captured the Miss Universe crown in Miami Beach, Florida, giving our country the first Miss Universe title.
But what puzzles me was the news I read 11 years ago that the landing of the moon was a fake and that, according to that news, it was fabricated and actually just shoot inside the NASA observatory and so on and so forth, but until now nobody proved it that it was a fake landing. I also believed that it was true that Neil Armstrong and company really touch the sea of tranquility. I got to believe it.

There were i all some 12 solid proofs which states that landing was fake, few of them were discussed by my fellow friends,
1Like waving of flag when there is no air up there.
2multiple source of light when sun is only 1.
3Foot impression of the astronaugt when there is no water on moon (as per NASA in those days).
4Burning of fuel and also visibility of fire from the exhaust of rocket, when oxygen was absent.
5Images sent on earth have crosshair in the background of scene.
6radio signal so prominant when conversation despite of lots of noise from the shuttle landing itself.
and more half a dosen

This question has been asked for many years and I guess it's always going to be a difficult one to answer! I personally think that they did land on the moon and I'm thinking that if it was a fake then so much work went into keeping this a secret. We travel into space now and I'm also thinking that NASA really did put someone on the moon. I haven't seen much in the way of conspiracy theories though so I guess I'm going on pure faith and belief that man did leave a footprint on the moon's surface! Welcome to My Lot by the way. Andrew

The Mythbusters proved that the moon landing could not have been created in a studio. They of course were not able to prove that it happened on the moon (without actually going to the moon) but their umpteen combined years of movie FX experience were unable to recreate the exact conditions of the moon landing video in a sound studio. *shrug*

it was shooted in area51 in usa. d documentery shows that the movie was shot with normal motion 30 frames per seconds and was then played with half speed, i.e 15 frames per second to make the moon effect. gravity and all....
also there were 2 shadows of the shuttle which landed on the moon, which again proves it was fake, as there is only 1 source of light out there, "SUN"
