it depends on girl to girl, see how.... if a girl is having a vry high self esteem,then she would treat the comment as appreciation... else she would treat it as an insult... it depends

sexy is used so much that girls really dont feel much when a guy say she's sexy. I know i dont. if a guy really likes a girl he should tell her hoe beautiful she is, not that she's sexy.

it depends on which type of girl she is...... if she is frank(broad minded) then.. she will simply look at u and will give a sweet smile. but if she is narrow-minded.. then she will react very rudely and may also slap you....!!
