Hey friends I usually dont pay much attention to valentine's day because most of the time I dont have anyone to share valentine's day with besides my friends and family, so I thought it be fun if you all would be my valentines, and maybe you can also share some of your fun valentine's day story's with me too.
Oh and here's some candy for all of you lol.

valentine's day is about love and friendship here
even if you don't have a lover doesn't mean you can still celebrate it

Here the UK it is not common to send your family or friend a valentines card or to gift a valentine's gift as we are more traditional in the sense that it is the day for lovers or partners. I know in the US it is quite common to give a card to everyone in your class right? It is even popular to give a valentines gift to a friend right? That really isn't heard of here. I don't think I have ever been given a valentines cards or gifts from anyone other than my boyfriend at the time!

Hi ya humbug25, you say its not common to send Valentine's day cards or gifts in the UK because where your from you are more traditional, well I can be one of the first to give you a valentines day gift card, and you can be my mylot valentines day friend here's my gift I hope you like it. lol.

Hehe, can i be your one special valentino? I usually spend Valentine's Day alone too because i'm most of the time single or just broke up even before February starts. Well i think you're cute hehe.

I dont have many funny stories about Valentines day,but my ex bought me chocolates in the shape of private parts :P
and my husband didnt have any money one year so he made me a card but it was backwards because I always tease him that he is a backwards kind of guy hehe

I will be your Valentine if you will be mine. I don't have anyone special either so....now I do! LOL...and thanks for the candy. I only have one funny little Valentines story...When I was married my ex sent me a dozen roses. My youngest daughter was in a walker at the time....a friend came over and we were having coffee in the kitchen....here comes my little daughter in her walker and it was filled with rose petals..in the vase(which was in the living room) were nothing more then just some stems with a few flowers left .....it was the only dozen roses I have ever gotten...LOL
