Thats just wrong! There are so many deadbeat parents in this country, and so few like you who genunly want a relationship with their kids. Like someone else said, as long as she cannot prove you to be unfit or a danger to the child, I dont think that a judge would let her keep the child from you. Good luck, and get a good lawyer.

That is so wrong. Unless she has some reason or proof that your an unfit parent i really doubt she will be able to get away with it. I'm sorry to hear that she would even do that though. Children should have both their parents in their life if possible.

It depends on where you live really, my boyfriend has the same problem and he lives in Ohio. The courts told him that he would have to get a lawyer then sue her for the rights he is suppose to already have. He pays his child support on time all the time and when he went to court they told him that she has the right to deny him of visitation. So I guess it really depends on how the courts are where you live, Ohio sucks at this.

Do what you have to to have a relationship with your son, I presume you meant she is trying to stop your mother from see him to. You are both very important in his life so do what you have to do.
