The pain never leaves. You just get used to it.

Do you agree? A friend told me this after he'd seen me really depressed. I have this really big problem and I asked for his advice. I don't know. Every time I wake up, I always remember the pain. That's why all I wanna do is to sleep all day. But it's just that every time I wake up, the feeling is still there. :(

Having suffered from clinical depression for a very long lifetime, I would love to know how to get used to it. I never do! It hurts more some days and less other days, but it never gets to a point at which it can be ignored or forgotten. It also exacerbates other health problems, which adds to depression, and th cycle becomes overwhelming. I hope this doesn't happen to you, and that you have a situational form of the disease, because that will, indeed, get better. Truly, best of luck!

I think it is just that we really just have to learn to accept everything although it's gonna be hard at first. Experience is the best teacher and hopefully with all these trials, we can come out stronger (and alive) in the end. Thank you for the words! Happy mylotting!

..for me, i don't agree with that.. what you need is to learn to let go.. accept the fact whatever or whoever caused your problem.. You may never forget that but I believe you could overcome that if you will learn to let go.. because it is your own choice to be in that situation.. What I mean is, if you continue to let that situation of yours affect your life, then nothing good will happen to you because you are holding that pain and you can never move forward.. you prove to yourself and to the person who caused you pain that that person will never succeed in hurting you.. prove that your life can go on even if you have experienced such thing.. It's hard I know but this is the only way i can suggest you to do.. After all, problems and pains are part of our lives.. we can never run out of those..

I know. But sometimes it's really easier said than done. Letting go when you know it's all you wanted, it's so hard. But yeah, maybe in time. Everything happens for a reason and this is just a phase in my life. Thank you! I'm such a drama king. Haha!:)
