I know we have a few Australians here and I know one in particular that I'm concerned about. Those fires are horrible, they move faster than you can drive and therefore I'm worried about our Aussie friends.
Please let us know how you are getting along!
And sorry if someone else has started such a discussion, I used the search feature and found nothing but some discussions that were 10 months-3years old.

I am glad you did start it. I have several that I have been thinking about and have not heard from. It really makes you wonder. I hope they are all ok!!

The strange thing is that I used the search feature here and didn't find any discussions. The minute I posted it, 3-4 discussions showed up that were made hours or days ago! I did find my old friend Hiccup replied to one so he's okay, he's the one I knew the best. I hope we didn't lose anyone.

I don't think that search feature is the best, and I don't think anyone will complain. I am glad Hiccup is ok, he is one that I haven't heard from for a while either.

I hope that you hear soon from them soon. The only person that I know from Australia is Guybrush. i hope that she is well... It's sad to hear about the fires in Australia

Thank you, I have heard that all that I know from here are alright. This is horrible, I hope they catch the people that set these fires.

Yes, I know, isn't it terrible? I saw the news and it looked like the opening scene of L.A. in the Terminator movie. I couldn't believe it. I have watched my car burn, but hiding in an olive grove and watching one's house go up...can only imagine.

What's even worse is that they think it might be arson. If someone started that fire, they're a mass murderer.
