When you think about the store where you currently shop.....

for personal care and household products. Are they ever likely to pay you for being a customer? Will they sell you their products at wholesale prices without having to buy in bulk? Do they have exceptional products that you use everyday all in one place? Will they deliver to your home? If you found a store that would do all of that, would you switch stores? If not, why not and what would it take to get you to switch?
