This is a question especially for those who aren't native English speakers. I've noticed a slight improvement of my grammar and vocabulary since I've been posting here. What about you?

Well as a native English speaker, I will say yes, any writing will improve grammar and vocab and spelling.
Good job though for you in your improvements.
