Hello, well I think for females about 18 to 19 and males up to age 22. I had a b/f that was 6 ft at 18 and when he stopped growing he was 6ft 5in at 22.

Most girls stop growing in height at around 16-18, most guys stop growing around 18-20. But there are some people who stop as late as 25 and some as early as 15. If you want to get an idea of whether or not you're done growing, ask your parents when they stopped growing because I think its at least partially genetic.
