What are refferals?! How do we make money? How do we take the money? And how do we delete one o our disscusions...?

Referrals are people that you get to sign up with the link you provide them. You can find it under Earnings and then Referrals. You will get a percentage of their earnings. You make money by posting well thought out and worded posts and discussions. You can look under FAQ for more in depth rules and regulations. You will need to set up your paypal account under Earnings so that the money can be transferred into your account. You will get Jan's earnings in Feb etc. You have to hit the minimum $10 in order to get paid. You can up the minimum if you would like though. I don't think you can delete a discussion.
