Baby's Lying Really Low is this Normal??

When I had my ultrasound last Friday the tech lady said the baby was lying really low....I was wondering if anyone knows if this is normal and will the baby move up? I am only 18 weeks with baby #9 but have never experience this before

My son did this. He was always staying low. The only time he didn't stay low was when i got into a real bad car accident and i believe he moved from the hit the seatbelt gave on my stomach. Its normal though for some babies to stay low while like my mom told me i stayed high up in her ribs. Every pregnancy is different.
