What in your opinion, is the best in between meal protein snack to help hunger and also, stabalize blood sugar levels? Thanks

A glass of soya milk and an oatmeal cookie. The soya milk is high in protein and the oatmeal cookie can also help ease your hunger.

..maybe you could try bread and pasta.. according to research, these two are rich in proteins.. Also eggs and legumes.. If you could buy raw legumes as snacks, they are the best..
