Milkman busted for delivering marijuana

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/29068145/ ok first thought would be oh god how stupid.. but he was supposively delivering it to the elderly that were in pain and using the milk delivery as a cover.. im pro medical marijuana so this irritates me that if HE IS doing this to help them with their pain that he is gonna have to pay for it.. some one in TN a few years ago got busted for having a few plants and growing for cancer patients since medical marijuana isnt legal in this state.. as a chronic pain sufferer i know how horrible it is to be in constant pain all teh time and i have not found ANY pain meds that have worked on me.. i have not tried marijuana but if it was legal for medical purposes i would try it since i have tried everything else under the sun.. i just hate seeing some one that is trying to help others get screwed over.. what is your take on this? should people that are only supplying people in pain marijuana get treated like regular street dealers and do jail time?
