Well, finally got a working copy of the DVD to watch this show. This show has some pretty exciting scenes. Given that it is mostly filmed in a blue screen environment, the races are very well choreographed. The starts with a boy named Speed, obsessed with racing. And he looks up to his brother as his hero. But his brother left the family. And was later embroiled in a lot of news that are considered as unscrupulous in the racing arena. Tainted by the bad reputation, the boy grew up to step into his brother's racing shoes, determined to right a wrong that everyone put upon the family. Being every bit as good as his brother. But Speed is constantly haunted by the bad reputation that hangs over his brother's death. One day, he was invited by a rich tycoon to join his ranks of drivers to try and propel him to greater heights in the racing arena. But Speed rejected the offer on reasons that the company does not meet his goals of wanting to race fair. From then on, the rich tycoon did everything he could to diminish whatever credibility of Speed and his family business. There after ensues one exciting race after another as Speed tries to get even. The rendered scenes for the various races are very colorful. And with stunts that are totally impossible to be performed in real life. The scenes, though computer generated, can really get your adrenaline pumping. A movie worth keeping if you love racing movies. Worth a watch if you are looking for something this weekend!

Yeah, this movie has got our Asia heartthrob in it, and he's RAIn.. lol =D I have seen the movie trailer when i was watching another movie about 1-2 years ago.. Actually i thought of watching it, because of all the high speed races which u have mentioned, but after which, i decide not to watch.. Because those races are not real at all, and it's all thru computer imaging and graphics.. haha =D Furthermore, there's no real burning of rubber on those tracks and those sound effects are not as screeching as the real ones too.. haha =D

ha ha ha ha ha ha... I too watched the trailer. And I wanted to watch it. But due to a tigh schedule, I missed the big screen screening. Now that it is out on the DVD, you can reconsider watching it. For computer generated racing, this is pretty good! The way they planned the races are very good. Worth spending that two hours to watch it. Trust me!
