tired of family, im gonna give them up

I swear my sister and brother just have gone insane. My brother who just turned 19 and been in and out of jail already has gone back with his girlfriend who got him in trouble before not to mention that she cheats on him and he knows that, my sister who is 23 has two children and a brain tumor has decided to be with a 38 year old who does and sells drugs. Then my mother finds out calls me to complain and what am i supposed to do about it? Im tired of trying to fix their problems im only one person and i can only think of me at the moment as im a new mother so im just wondering what the heck im supposed to do what my mother wants me to do i have no idea anymore. I just want to say the heck with it i can't let my sister or brother come over and see their nefew because they are both associated with drugs and that just hurts my heart. What do i tell my nefew when he gets older and they still haven't changed their ways or worse off if they have died. I don't want to sit here and bag on my family but i also want my son to know that they chose something that took them away from their family. Grr i swear i hate being the only level headed person in my family. Anyone have a similar situation?
