How long you drive in bike daily?

This is because, driving two wheelers a lot in a day leads to prolonged problems for our spinal cords. You may even lead to some permanent disorders of spinal cords if you drive too long a day. I usually drive for 15 Km a day to office. I dont feel any problems. But some friends of mine who are driving more than 30 Km a day are experiencing spinal cord and backside related problems.

i do biking only for fun. i have never noted how long do i do it in terms of minutes nor of the distance covered.
this is the first time that i have encountered this information about some limit to biking activities that we can have. all the while, i was thinking that one can go biking for as long as he likes.
i am very sure however, that i never bike for long periods of time nor for long distances. this must be the reason why i have never experienced any discomfort while doing so.
