Proxy Settings: Computer guy's needed

I am trying to download java on my computer. It will not let me because it says my proxy settings are wrong. Any ideas?

There is not enough information in your question to answer you. What browser are you using? What version is it? Are you downloading from home or work? Those are importnat factors to start with. Have you searched for an answer on the java.com website?
