how talk your manager increase in salaries

I have recently become a permanent employees to positive,my wage only increase fewer.but for my colleagues,his wage increase more than me.I am very annoyed.we are working some homework,why his earn high than me,only he is post-graduate?

Oh,you know what,I work hard in my company,everyday the same,I didn't say anything about increase my salary to my boss,but one day ,my boss told me that,oh,do you know that I raised your salary already?
Surpsise!
So,if you don't how to say it ,just keep on working hard,and action will tell everything to your boss!
