15 ballpens thrown away tonight.

Lord, I just threw away 15 ballpens. What a waste, I know that but can't help. There are still two handful of them in my pen holders. These pens are accumulated by chance. I think authorities should ban the production of plastic pens , say, raising the price of them, so that people will use it more carefully, changing the pen core instead of buying scores of them. My niece has a penbag which contains at least 50 pens. She carries them every day to school and up till now she has never managed to use one up !
