driving..??

If someone is riding too close behind me I will speed up to get ahead of them further, or I will switch lanes if possible. If they keep on driving too close behind me, then I will give them a few warnings with some brake taps, and if they still don't get it I will hit my brakes, and make them piss themselves.

How closely? Do you really mind if you are not carrying out some kind of secret mission and be afriaid of being stalked. If you do mind, there is simple solution. Braking suddently and the car behind you would hit the rear of your car without a doubt if you two are close enough. He would have the full responsibility of this accident according to traffic law, the following thing is easy................

It depends on how close they are and how long they've been there for, usually i just groan and shrug it off but on a number of occasions I have put the brakes on suddenly, just to scare them off. And you know what? It works most of the time! I don't mind because it would be their fault if an accident was caused from it and I'd get the insurance money.
