I love to dance a lot. In morning i make dance just half an hour. It is a good exercise for me. That time i dance like a passion. I make dance with full energy. After doing this i have no need to any exercise to maintain my figure.

dancing doesn't feel like an exercise to me.moving to upbeat music doesn't make you feel like you are working.aside from toned body,dancing can stimulate flexibility and develop good lungs.it can also help in maintaining good bones.dancing offers a whole gym bag of benefits.best of all,you don't have to spend a lot in dancing.a good music and lots of space will do.

Hi punmsharma... I too love dancing a lot. But I spend time for dancing only on weekends. I agree with you that dancing is a good exercise. If we dance for atleast 30 minutes a day... we don't need to exercise again. By the way which type of dance do you prefer.
