Dancing Finals - Mario or Emmitt?

The final two have been selected for Dancing with the Stars - Mario Lopez and Emmitt Smith. Who do you think will win?
I think that Mario is a better dancer overall, and soooooo sexy, but there is something very appealing about Emmitt when he dances. Also, I'm sure he'll get a boost from the African American vote - not to mention NFL!
It would be interesting to see Emmitt win because it would mean that Pro Cheryl Burke won twice in a row. If that happened, I wonder if they'd ever let her compete again. It would almost be unfair to the other contestants if she won twice in a row and kept going.
Personally, I really like Mario for this competition. I have liked him from the very start, and I'd really like to see him win. But Emmitt is ok too.
The biggest thing of all of this is that I cannot WAIT to watch the finals!!!!!!!!!!
What do you guys think about this?

I know this is sort of after-the-fact, but I was disappointed at the final outcome. I was really rooting for Mario because he was the hottest and best dancer on the show. What is the point of a dancing competition that doesn't honor the best dancer? I had never watched this show previously, and I don't know if I'll want to get involved in it again. It's like The Weakest Link, and I never could stand that program.

To an extent I agree with you. I was a Mario fan from the beginning and really wanted to see him win. I have been a faithful fan of this show since the first season and this is the first time that my pick didn't win (not counting the rematch from season one!).
I don't feel so strongly about it that I would stop watching the show, though. Although Mario was my pick I also really enjoyed watching Emmitt dance, and I had pretty much figured that he would win. Between football fans and the black vote in general, once the judges' scores were tied, I figured his fan vote would prevail. I think he did deserve it, even though he wasn't my first choice, and I thought his reaction to the win was very sincere and genuine. There were even tears in his eyes.

I haven't watched the show but I think Emmitt Smith would have a bigger fan base.

I think you are correct, but I do think Mario is a better dancer. But the fan base does a lot in this show. Last time Jerry Rice beat out Stacy Keibler (sp?) to make it to the final two even though she was a fantastically better dancer than him. Thanks for responding!

I would think Mario would have a younger fan base and of course he's the hot one! I didn't watch it much this season, but I think Mario was better also.
